Haroun Ansari is a Director of Moorfields Estate, bringing strong leadership, strategic insight, and a commitment to excellence in property management and development. With a focus on long-term value, client relationships, and high professional standards, Haroun plays a key role in guiding the company’s vision and day-to-day operations. Their approach combines practical experience with a clear understanding of the evolving property market, ensuring Moorfields Estate continues to deliver quality and trust for its clients.

Aslam Ansari

Director

Aslam realised one of his lifetime ambitions of owning a high street agency when he bought Moorfields in 2014. As well as having a portfolio of his own, Aslam has more than 20 years’ experience in the property industry having operated other successful letting companies. In his spare time, Aslam enjoys yoga and fishing.

Marcus Chapman

Branch Manager

Marcus had six years of letting experience before joining the Moorfields team in April 2016, having managed a team providing a property management service to a range of lettings agents nationwide. As a manager, he leads in the day-to-day running of both the lettings and sales departments. This includes carrying out valuations, taking on new properties, and supporting the team to make letting a seamless process for landlords and tenants. Marcus is ARLA qualified and when he's not in the office, he can be found either at the gym or at the football.

Joe Mitchell

Sales Manager

Joe joined Moorfields from a well-established estate agency in Wiltshire in where he dealt with lettings and sales, boasting a very impressive sales record within the company. He joined in June 2016 and his honest and enthusiastic approach has enabled him to win the trust and respect of our clients in a highly competitive market place. Joe is ARLA qualified and has been in the industry for six years. As well as a passion for property, he enjoys film, yoga and most sports.

Laura Chichester

Lettings Specialist

With a background in sales, Laura has a strong skill set which has seamlessly transferred to the property industry making her an extremely valued member of the team. Laura oversees all things in the lettings department but also gets involved with sales when needed. She has a bubbly, kind nature which makes her very popular with Landlords and Tenants alike. Laura is married with two children and when she is not running round for her family, she enjoys jogging, horse riding and socialising with friends.

Gareth Barnett

Property Consultant

Gareth has been working in estate agency for over 36 years, valuing, selling and letting properties throughout Bristol with most of his focus being in Hanham and surrounding areas. Gareth was previously the owner of successful high street agents Barnetts who were a prominent agent in Hanham for over 40 years until being acquired by Moorfields in 2017 as part of their continual expansion. When not working, Gareth is associated with several local sports clubs.
