Tenant Find Service: From £660 inc VAT
Our Tenant Find service is the ideal solution for landlords looking to let their property quickly and efficiently without the ongoing management.
- Advertising: Your property will be advertised on Rightmove, the UK’s leading property portal where the vast majority of tenants begin their search. Not all letting agents have access to Rightmove, giving Moorfields landlords a significant advantage when it comes to securing quality tenants fast.
- Finding the tenant: We don’t just find any tenant, we find the right tenant. Every applicant goes through a full tenant referencing process, including credit checks, affordability assessments, and background verification through Rightmove. This ensures your tenant is reliable, financially suitable, and a good match for your property.
- Once a suitable tenant has been found: We take care of all the essential legal requirements for letting a property. This includes preparing a professionally drafted tenancy agreement (included in our fee, unlike many agents who charge extra), as well as serving all required legal documentation before the tenancy begins.

Our Fully Managed service is the perfect solution for landlords who want a completely hands-off approach to letting their property.
Whether you live away from the area, have limited letting experience, or simply don’t want to deal with the day-to-day responsibilities, Moorfields will take care of everything for you.
With our Fully Managed service, you can relax knowing your property is in safe hands, while enjoying the benefit of regular rental income paid directly into your bank account each month.
