Introduction only: £200 + VAT

This service is aimed at professional landlords who are experienced in the process of letting, and includes the following:

  • Advice on the presentation and market rental value of your property
  • Advertisement of the property, including displays in our shop window, adverts placed on rightmove.co.uk, moorfieldshanham.co.uk, Evening Post and on over 150 additional online marketing online marketing portals
  • Once a suitable tenant has been found, we will reference check them through our external referencing partner
  • Where advised, we will hold the deposit in “DPS” government-authorised tenancy deposit protection scheme
  • Deduct our fees from the monies paid by the tenant, and forward the balance to the landlord together with a detailed account within three working days

Rent Collection: 8% + VAT of monthly rental income

This service would suite any landlord who is happy to carry out their own management and general maintenance of the property, but perhaps require monthly statements for accounting or don’t feel comfortable should a tenant need to be prompted for payment.


Rent Collection includes all of the Introduction Only services, along with;

  • Monthly collection of rent, minus our fees, transferred to your preferred bank account
  • Monthly rental statements detailing income and expenditure

Full Management: 10% + VAT of monthly rental income

This service is ideal for landlords who will be living a way, those with no letting experience, or those who do not wish to deal with the niggling day to day tasks associated with letting property. This service allows you to just sit back and see the money in your bank account at the end of each month.


Full Management includes all of the Rent Collection services, along with:


  • Check in of the tenant
  • Being the first point of contact for your tenant, and deal with all maintenance issues as and when they arise
  • Visit the property on a quarterly basis for inspection purposes
  • Provision of a unique 24/7 ‘Emergency’ service to tenants
  • Negotiate renewals and rent increases when appropriate
  • Serving of relevant notices in accordance with the Housing act
  • Carry out the tenancy check out, negotiating settlement and referring to arbitration where applicable

Guaranteed Rent Management: 15% + VAT of monthly rental income

Exclusively available through Moorfields Estate Agents Limited, Guaranteed rent Management. It guarantees the rental income on the property.


Guaranteed Rent Management includes all of the Full Management services, along with:


  • Landlords receive the rent every month, regardless of whether the tenant pays or not.
  • Ensures that the rent continues to be paid even if arrears occur. It will also provide up to £50,000 of cover for rent arrears and legal expenses
